You already watch TV shows and read books in English. You are capable of expressing yourself in English when you speak with other people, but what about when there isn’t someone to talk to? It’s horrible to have to wait for someone else before you can speak English.
I’m going to share a secret with you. You don’t actually need another person with you in order to improve your speaking. And that’s good news for you!
You can keep reading what you like and watching what you love and use it to practice speaking even when you don’t have a speaking partner available.
I’m used to supporting English learners in live 1:1 and group classes, but when I heard how students were watching TV shows or reading stuff regularly in English and not seeing changes in speaking before working with me, I realized I needed to let you know how to effectively combine them.
So, I took my 16 years experience teaching English and my 20+ years learning Spanish (half of that time was spent in my hometown of Nebraska, USA without people to practice speaking with frequently, I’ve been through this too) and I created Listen Read Speak where you use the entertainment you adore to do one-way speaking in English.
I don’t want you to have to wait for the next opportunity to speak. I want to help you speak now. 🤩
